Motion presented by Councillor Silvestri: That the Mayor be requested to assess the feasibility of authorizing a staff member of the Economic Development Office to attend a class to enable the City to administer its own affordable housing lottery. In doing so, the City could potentially ensure 80% of the affordable project can be held for qualifying Revere residents.
