Motion presented by Council President Zambuto: That the Mayor direct the Chief of Police to take immediate enforcement action with respect to all applicable laws and ordinances governing the operation of e-bikes and scooters throughout the City of Revere. Despite repeated complaints raised by residents and the City Council regarding unlawful operation of these vehicles, there has been little, if any, visible enforcement. Further, that the Chief of Police be requested to present to the City Council a complete record of all enforcement actions involving e-bikes and scooters from July 1, 2025 to the present, for the purpose of evaluating enforcement activity.
