Motion presented by Councillor Guarino-Sawaya: That the Mayor be requested to establish a Municipal Innovation Pilot Program to solicit innovative ideas from residents, businesses, city employees, and students for improving municipal services, reducing costs, enhancing public safety, and improving quality of life, with selected proposals implemented on a pilot basis and reported back to the City Council annually.
