to establish a Housing Impact Monitoring Program, to be administered by the  
Department of Planning & Development in coordination with relevant city  
departments.  
This program shall produce an annual public report on housing development in  
Revere, including:

Motion presented by Councillor Mercurio: That the Mayor request State  
Representative Jeffrey Rosario Turco and State Representative Jessica Giannino  
to appear before the Revere City Council to present a comprehensive map and  
overview identifying all state agency responsibilities within the City of Revere,  
including but not limited to Massachusetts Department of Transportation,  
Department of Conservation and Recreation, and Massachusetts Bay  
Transportation Authority. Said presentation should clearly identify which  
agencies are responsible for road maintenance, winter snow plowing, sidewalk  
snow removal, grass and landscape maintenance, sidewalk grass strip  
maintenance, pothole repairs, roadway reconstruction, traffic signal maintenance,  
parking lot maintenance and surrounding areas around parking lots, and other  
seasonal maintenance responsibilities. The presentation should also include a  
detailed map of all applicable roads, sidewalks, parking lots and traffic signals,  
along with a list of agency contacts for residents and citv officials.

vehicles being diverted through residential side streets. Further, that advance

Councillors and residents to ensure they are informed of anticipated traffic  
impacts and changes to local road access.

portion of funds from next year's Chapter 90 monies to pave Washington Avenue

Police to increase patrols on Tuttle St. due to alleged suspicious activity in the

Office of Emergency Management and the Public Health Department to develop  
an Extreme Heat Preparedness Plan identifying cooling centers, vulnerable  
populations, communication strategies, and long-term mitigation efforts to  
address increasing summer temperatures.
